All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Orders during weekends and holidays are processed on our next working days.

All orders placed during holidays (long weekends, Holy Week, Easter Weekend, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve), government-declared holidays, and typhoon-related non-working holidays will be processed when our operations resume.

We accept payments through Gcash at our private number 0927-4801402 (J. Tutania) or bank deposit or transfer at our company account.

Items are wrapped in a layer of bubble wrap (if available at the time) or packed with stiffeners to wrap against folding or other damages during transportation.

A photo of your order after packaging can be sent to you via email or Viber chat before it is released to the courier.

Once an order’s payment is confirmed, we will reach you through your submitted contact information directly for same-day release.

We can ship to any address serviced by our local courier companies (Grab, Lalamove, LBC, AP Cargo etc.). Shipping costs are at the customer’s account.
